The ºÚÁÏÉç is seeking public input to learn about the experiences and expectations patients have in relation to the disclosure of adverse or harmful events by physicians and surgeons. An adverse or harmful event is a situation which results in unintended harm to the patient and is related to the care and/or services provided to the patient rather than to the patient’s underlying medical condition.
