Professional medical corporations

The Health Professions Act grants the ºÚÁÏÉç Board jurisdiction to authorize a corporation to operate as a health profession corporation.

Only a health profession corporation holding a valid permit issued by the ºÚÁÏÉç Board may provide health profession services to the public as a business.
