One of the most important ways we use your feedback is to strengthen the ºÚÁÏÉç’s practice standards and professional guidelines. Both are important in ensuring BC patients receive safe medical care.
- A practice standard sets out the minimum standard of professional behaviour and ethical conduct by a physician or surgeon on a specific topic.
- A professional guideline reflects a recommended course of action for physicians and surgeons based on the values, principles, and duties of the medical profession.
All practice standards and professional guidelines undergo a revision process.
