Practice standards and professional guidelines are continuously evaluated to ensure they continue to meet the following:

How do we evaluate the standards and guidelines?
Evaluations are often in the form of surveys or focus groups with the public and physicians and surgeons. Various committees at the ºÚÁÏÉç are also tasked with evaluating current standards and guidelines.
Evaluation is a key mechanism for sustainability of the development process and quality improvement.
