Published addresses
Registrants are required by statute to provide their current contact information to the ºÚÁÏÉç, including their professional mailing address(es), and telephone/fax number(s).
Registrants must provide their primary practice location to be displayed publicly in the registrant directory. This address should be marked as both primary and publishable.
The registrant is responsible for updating address information in the registrant portal within 14 days of the effective date of the change or move.
Make sure it's not a home address
If only one address is provided and that address is a home address, it will default to publish in the registrant directory.
Ensure necessary precautions are made by providing an address that can be published as the primary practice location—this could be a PO box address.
Email addresses
Registrants must provide a current email address to receive confirmation messages or renewal reminders.
Add the ºÚÁÏÉç to the safe senders list
Ensure that important notifications do not end up in the spam or junk email folder. Add the ºÚÁÏÉç to the safe senders list.
We do not share email addresses with outside agencies
The ºÚÁÏÉç does not publish or share registrants' email addresses with outside, third-party agencies. Only confirmation notifications, reminders and ºÚÁÏÉç-related communique are emailed.
Saving responses
For security reasons, the form is set to timeout after one (1) hour of inactivity.
Save answers to continue later
At the end of each section, there is a Save and continue later button. Use this button to save the answers at any point of the form.
If the registrant misses the save and continue later button and the session times out, the registrant is required to log in again and re-enter unsaved answers.
